Nursing Mummy Needs A Good Bra

Baby Joie is 2 months old in 12 days time :)

I am back to the mission of nursing my little one. It's easier to get my second baby latch; but, still breastfeeding is not an easy task. A great big hug to all breastfeeding mummies and happy international breastfeeding week!

This is our favorite spot where we spend time together, just two of us. ❤

Breastfeeding is the best choice! As a nutritionist, I couldn't emphasize more, how precious is a drop of breast milk. Every drops of breast milk contains plenty of nutrients which are considered the gold standard for infant nutrition.  Throughout this breastfeeding journey, it maybe hard at the first place, but it's 200%  worth it when you see your little one grows up healthily. Of course, husband and family members play important supportive roles too. Breastfeeding mummy helps you to save a lot of money. >.<

I learn something new again this round. When my baby was around 2-3 weeks old, she coughed and choked during breastfeeding. It was fast letdown and my baby could not cope with it. Imagine it as a water tap opens to the max, and the water gushes out of the tap.

I am thankful to have met with lactation consultant at Penang Adventist Hospital where I delivered both my babies. She corrected my nursing posture to make my nursing experience better. They nail it! You can always get help from Kangaroo Breastfeeding Support Group. Read more here.

Nursing mummy needs a good bra for a good support for our breasts! I am always looking for a good nursing bra. Thanks to the recommendation from my friend Kit Yee, I got to know about this brand - Mamaway. I try on their Ultra Light Antibacterial Seamless Maternity & Nursing Bra . It is at a higher price but totally worth every single penny spend!

Why say so? I am truly impressed that this bra lifts and gathers my boobs without making me feel sweaty! I have tried couple of other brands but none makes me feel as comfortable as this. I believe it's the cool mesh lining and high stretch weave that support my expanding boobs. When I step out of my lounge wear, a good seamless nursing bra definitely makes me feel more confident. Check out their unique selling points!

I am still adapting and learning to be a mum of two. The biggest challenge for now is to stop myself from comparing both my kids. I got to admit that I am taking time to tell myself every kid is unique with their own personalities.

My little one is super clingy, she wants to be cuddle all the time. I am mentally and physically exhausted & trying my best to learn to divide my love and attention for both of them. I felt guilty when I had thrown my temper towards my little ones. When they cried....  I cried too...

p.s. sorry but i love you.

Love,
Yvonne
