Irresistible Food - Which to choose?

Halo. I was supposed to write a post about Nutrition since it was National Nutritional Month last month, March. Anyway, it's not too late to spread the news now. I am pretty sure most of us had heard of being healthy, preventing disease and how to be slim and fit all this time. But at the same time, it's difficult to accomplish our goal. We set goals but we might have a lot of barriers in between : GOOD FOOD!!! 

For fellow Malaysians yang saya kasihi, I know Malaysia has so so so many good foods !! They are just too great that we can't resist ourselves to try on. However, I came across this article Eat Well and Put A Stop at Yoyo dieting by Ms. Indra Balaratnam, President of Malaysian Dietetics Association. I never know how much calorie of each local cuisines. Now, I know....
